STEPHANIE MAY

Hi, I’m Stephanie – your dedicated personal trainer and your biggest hype woman! 

A few years ago, I took a leap and started my own fitness journey. I lost over 100 pounds. And not through some magic pill or by some tv show montage, but by showing up for myself, one day at a time. 

And let me tell you, the glow-up was real! 

The transformation didn’t just change my body... it completely shifted how I moved through the world. I became stronger, more confident, more energized, and more me.

Fitness gave me something I didn’t even know I was missing – the belief that I could do hard things and actually enjoy it. It gave me the power to push past limits I once thought were permanent. It wasn’t about shrinking...I was expanding into a version of myself I didn’t know existed. It helped me build lasting habits and made me realize just how good life can feel when you take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically.

That’s why I do what I do. Now, it’s my mission to help others tap into that same power. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, tone up, or just feel like a badass in your own skin – I’ve got your back (and your glutes)! I’m here to guide you to your goals with personalized training programs in person or online, all tailored to you (because cookie-cutter plans are for actual cookies, not humans).

My mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and capable in every part of your life. Because this kind of transformation? You deserve it too!
